SHIPPING INFORMATION

PKR 200/- is applicable on orders below PKR 2,500/- for local deliveries. Not valid on international shipments or bulk quantity.

We offer free shipping above Rs. 2,500 all over Pakistan, and it usually takes 5-7 business days.    

Orders are packed only on regular business days (Monday through Friday)

Please note that no orders are dispatched over the weekend or on gazette holidays.

Also, note that orders placed between 10 a.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Monday will not be processed until Monday morning. Orders are delivered by the carrier Monday through Saturday.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • All the products are non-refundable.
  • No exchange will be made for any products that are not in the same condition in which you received them, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product.
  • Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.
  • Company's decision regarding exchange will be final.

EXCHANGE:

OPTION 1

Customer can exchange the product from nearest servis outlet.

The company's outlet will recover the difference in cash against sale if the value of  the replaced item exceeds the original value.

OPTION 2

Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to the following address:

Contact our customer service if you wish to send the items through courier. Exchange of item will only be allowed if:

  1. The customer has submitted a request for exchange via phone call, Facebook messenger/ website  within 7 working days of receipt of the purchased item
  2. Upon acceptance of request for exchange, the customer will be notified by our customer representative. 
  3. Carefully repack the merchandise making sure all tags are intact, the product is unused, and the receipt is included.. 

Repacking Process is as follows:

  1. Put the product in its original box and wrap in a polythene bag, properly.
  2. Paste the address slip on the wrapped product and send it to:
