EXCHANGE

  • For exchange - please contact our customer care department via helpline/Email mentioned above within 48 hours of purchase.
  •  Exchange will only be entertained within 30 days of purchase.
  • You may exchange the size of the delivered goods at the nearest Company’s outlets on production of original invoice, provided the goods are unused and are packed in their original packing with all tags attached, unworn/undamaged condition and not altered.
  • Store manager may refuse to accept any exchange at its discretion in case above mentioned conditions are not met.
  • In case of article change, company's outlet will recover the difference in cash against sale if the value of the replaced item exceeds the original value.
  • Items once purchased are non-refundable.
  • Please note that No return/refund/exchange is allowed for items purchased on sale & discounts promotions.
  • Company's decision regarding exchange will be final.
  • Customer cannot demand online exclusive discount in retail shops.
