Claim Policy
- 1. Claims of defective articles will only be entertained within 30 days of purchase.
- 2. Original cash receipt required.
- All the products are non-refundable.
- No exchange will be made for any products that are not in the same condition in which you received them, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product.
- Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.
- Company's decision regarding exchange will be final.
- Customer cannot demand online exclusive discount in retail shops.
EXCHANGE:

Customer can exchange the product from nearest Servis outlet.
The company's outlet will recover the difference in cash against sale if the value of the replaced item exceeds the original value.
